About Subscription Members
 A Subscription Member of the IEICE refers to an organization or institution that registers for membership in order to access IEICE’s online publications under a site license.
These publications include the IEICE Journal, Transactions, conference papers, and other scholarly contents.
Eligible organizations mainly include universities, colleges of technology, and their libraries, as well as corporate and public research institutes and other organizations that require access to academic literature.
Site License Service
 IEICE has been offering subscription options as a site license service for subscription members since April 2019, covering a wide range of its publication contents.
Under this service, electronic contents can be accessed within the registered IP address range without the need for an ID or password.There is no limitation on the number of users or devices.
Annual Membership Fee and Subscription Options (site license service)
 The annual fee for subscription members consists of a basic annual membership fee and subscription option fees. The following IEICE publications are available under the subscription options (site license service):

・The IEICE Transactions (Japanese Edition)
・The IEICE Conference Proceedings (Japanese Edition)
・International Conference Proceedings
・IEICE Journal (Japanese Edition)(Online version)

Application for Membership
Applications for subscription membership are accepted at any time.
Please review the following application procedure and proceed with the membership application.

Application Procedure

Step 1
Click the button on the membership application page and enter your email address.
An email containing the URL for the membership application form will be sent to the address you provided.

Step 2
Please review the Articles of Incorporation, Regulations, and Privacy Policy carefully.

Step 3: Completing the Application Form
Enter the required information and confirm the details on the final screen.
After registration, a confirmation email with an estimate, invoice, and delivery note for the first-year membership fee will be sent to you. Please review the details and complete the payment procedure.
Applications for which payment of the first-year membership fee is confirmed by the Secretariat by the 15th of each month will be submitted for approval by the Board of Directors.
After the membership procedure is completed, a “Membership Completion” email will be sent on the 1st of the following month.

Please register your email address.
Please use a PC email address for this procedure. Mobile phone email addresses cannot be used.

After entering your email address and clicking the “Submit” button, an email containing the URL for the subscription membership application page will be sent to you.
Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly.
